As a movie director/music fanatic with TNC, it was natural for me to pursue both mediums simultaneously so one would compliment the other, such as impressive Trance audio that underlines the visuals of a motion picture or stimulating graphic imagery that punctuates an artist’s song to convey its overall content.
TNC began exploring the vast landscape of composers that could offer applicable music for the soundtrack for its first feature Nutcracker: An American Nightmare, a dark, psychological, Hitchcock like thriller that paid homage to Italian-European Giallo films of the 1970’s-80’s. We had a breakthrough when we got in contact with the very talented Julee Cruise [David Lynch’s Twin Peaks, ; also an on and off collaborator with Badalementi, J.J. McGeehan and Jermaine Dupri] who loved the story and composed two original songs: In Your World of Blue and Never Let You Go which completely captured the tone of the film and especially the main character, Dr. Carlton Fairfax II.
In addition, where we filmed (San Francisco, CA) there was another songwriter with musical talents in the area of electronica dance house, by the name of Joshua Gest. A member of Aisling Being, he specialized in this heavy, surreal Euro-style trance beat. He incorporated some of our dialogue and created a very impressive extended mix from our current Nutcracker theme versions.
I was and still am today very excited about these songs and how they gel together on the Nutcracker: Nightmare EP. It succeeds in the “replayability” category with some of these strengths: memorable pop hooks, original structure, beautiful vocals, addictive beats and grooves, cool samples, etc. The mood/sound ranges from a classic Julee Cruise-esque feel to dreamy and gothic to nervous and hypnotic. The club remixes are addictively danceable; Julee’s mysterious, introspective siren vocals and J.J. McGeehan’s dark nod to the underbelly of the lounge-lizard atmosphere combine to form tidal undercurrents of melancholy and dementia, which wash over us, pulling us into its eternal-riptide grasp.

Ever thought about expressing yourself with sound ,but don’t want to spend a fortune? There are many different ways that you can accomplish this , however i’m only going to talk about two of the most common software that’s out which gives you the best value
Have you ever had music just dancing around in your head and you just couldn’t find a way to get it out ?(maybe it’s just me lol) What about being interested in online music software ,but the prices of equipment are just way too expensive ? Have you ever written a song (poem,rap,country western etc) and you were looking for the perfect beat to use as a canvas to display your talent but just don’t know where to go ? Well there are a few things that you can use to help you with this dilemma
First there is fruity loops( or fl studio). Now some of you may think ” ok .. You want me to go to the grocery store and make music with toucan sam? ” 
No this is definitely not the case here . Fruity loops is studio software used to basically do everything make beats , record music , mix the music down, etc this is really great for someone just starting out… However with all positives things there’s always something that’s negative and with fl studio honestly there’s nothing really bad about this product ( i mean i use it myself ) except there’s a big learning curve here with this product.. There’s tons of research out there to help with getting over the learning curve (ie. videos, books etc) .Plus there are many different versions out there with so many sounds to choose from. A person can become either overwhelmed by spending more money to get all of this or just say ” that’s it i quit” …
Which brings me to my next point sonic producer.What i like about this product is that unlike flstudio everything is at your disposal not only are you able to make beats, but you can watch a lot of tutorials showing you how to create your masterpeices of sound . You also can download music in an mp3 file so that you can listen and critic your music as you go throughout your day or you can share it with friends and family which is a benefit for aspiring musicians ..
There’s also a membership area where you can get all of your “how to” questions answered which is very helpful if you are just starting out
Sonic producer is really great for some one just starting out.
Although both products provide numerous fun are very good to try sonic producer is excellent for a beginner or even if your not a beginner and you just want to try something new . I would highly recomend this to the new user. The person who’s ever wanted to create music but doesnt have the funds to purchase equipment or just don’t know where to start

Watch For Free Case 39 (2009) – Free Movies Online

Case 39 (2009) is one of those movies that is just plagued with US distribution troubles. Production was completed in 2007 and the pic was originally given a February theatrical release that year, but it was pushed until 2008, then again in 2009. Recently it was given a January 2010 theatrical release, but (no surprise) it never came out. Despite that, it has already been released in several other countries, with Mexico being the most recent. Having seen the movie I can’t say that US viewers are really missing out on much, but it’s still an above average horror fair.
The story follows a social worker (Renée Zellweger) who receives her 39th case that she investigates and determines that the young girl named “Lillith” (Jodelle Ferland) may be in an unfit and abusive family. After saving the girl from being burnt to death in the oven by her parents (you heard right!) the social worker decides to take the young girl under her care until a proper family is found for her. As standard with evil-kid flicks, it doesn’t take long before the seemingly sweet and innocent child reveals her more devious side, leading the social worker to question whether she should have let the girl’s parents finish what they had started.
The movie is your pretty standard take from the evil/killer-kid sub-genre, with bits of supernatural elements thrown in. I’m personally a fan of the sub-genre, so I wasn’t entirely let down with the pic. I was entertained from the start, but found the young girl more annoying than menacing, although she did deliver a couple somewhat creepy scenes. Much like similar-themed flicks, manipulation plays a big part in the movie, as no one but the social worker realizes just how evil the girl is. An interesting aspect in the story is how the girl is also able to manipulate other kids to kill their parents.
The deaths in the movie were interesting and sometimes bloody (always good) and the supernatural elements are kicked up heavily in the second half of the flick, especially towards the end, which also serves to give easy answers regarding the young girl. Speaking of which, I wasn’t too fond of Jodelle Ferland as the evil kid this time ’round (fans may remember her as the evil girl in Silent Hill), as her “evil” performance didn’t seem very believable to me, but then again I may just be biased towards her since I found her constant head bobbing as she spoke quite annoying, but I digress. The ending wasn’t entirely a letdown, but it seemed a little too rushed, in my opinion.
A decent and slightly above-average addition to the evil-kid sub-genre. Although we’re given a couple creepy and cool supernatural scenes, the film’s cliches, predictability, and rushed climax prove to be its downfall. However, if you’re just looking for another flick involving an evil kid then give this a check.
